3. Account Registration and Responsibility
3.1. To create an account, you must:

3.2. You are responsible for your account:

- Responsibility for all activities under your account
- Immediately notify of any unauthorized access

5. Content and Intellectual Property

- All content on the site (logos, text, graphics, etc.) is our or licensors’ property

- You own the content uploaded by you (resume, profile, etc.)
- You grant us permission to display and distribute this content

- All applications are sent directly to employers

7. Fees and Payment
7.1. For Users:
- Basic services are free
- Fee may apply for premium services
- All fees are clearly stated in advance
7.2. For Employers:
- Fee may apply for posting jobs
- Payment terms will be separately mentioned
- All fees are inclusive of GST
7.3. Refund Policy:
- Refund may be considered before service starts
- No refund after service starts
- Management discretion in special circumstances
8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability
